It was a privilege and a treat to learn about the plants and trees of this valley from Jessica. Her love and care of them was evident in how she talked about and touched
them. During our walk, she identified various plants and taught us a lot we didn’t know about their medicinal properties before taking us to her home to make a tea from
what we collected. She also gave us ideas for how we can make our own tea at home. We recommend booking this experience to learn more about the environment and
plants of the area during your stay in Sóller / Fornalutx. (We stayed in Sóller but it is a short walk up the path from Sóller past Binbassi).

Jessica is a great host and very knowledgable. She has much more to tell and share than a cup of herbal tea 😉 it’s up to you how far you want to take it. Also best view of
the vally to share some tea!

Jessica was great and it was a blast to meet her and hear her talk about her life! Her house on the Fornalutx mountain side is magical! We recommend getting to the town
early and exploring a bit if you have time! Jessica also has great recommendations of restaurants and beaches if you are looking for something fun! The experience itself
was great and she was very knowledgeable about ceramics! She was quick to correct my technique and show me how things are done. I definitely recommend Jessica’s experience!

We hired Ella Paella to cook paella and appetizers for 17 people. They were super sweet and easy to work with and the food was delicious. I definitely
recommend the guacamole and garlic shrimp for appetizers and we did a chicken paella with seafood. We loved all of it!

My husband and friends surprised me with an event for my 50th birthday. Hands down the best Paella I have ever had. Wonderful and gracious, the
appetizers were mouthwatering (shrimp and stuffed mushrooms) and dinner with Seafood Paella and a vegetable paella had so many great flavors. Thank you to Jessica and Abbas for making my 50th unforgettable. Thank you!

Highly recommend the ceramic workshop for an experience in Mallorca! Jessica is full of knowledge about Mallorca and has great stories. The property has the most
amazing views. Jessica also gave us great recommendations of what to do afterwards and it was lovely. The whole experience was fantastic!
